What is TM's General Returns Policy?
etail customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. You must call for a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back. Returns that do not have a return authorization number will be considered invalid.
Defective DVDs
Occasionally a defective DVD gets by our quality control. Before requesting a replacement, try adjusting the tracking on your DVD player. Also, make sure other DVDs work properly in your DVD player. If our DVD still does not work, call for a replacement. Make sure your kids know to depress the center of the DVD case before removing the DVD.
