| 6. | What is TM's General Returns Policy? etail customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Occasionally a defective DVD gets by our quality control. Before requesting a replacement, try adjusting the tracking on your DVD player. Also, make sure other DVDs work properly in your DVD player. If our DVD still does not work, call for a replacement. Make sure your kids know to depress the center of the DVD case before removing the DVD. top
